- 1/2 cup dried of Hibiscus blossoms
- 4 cups of Pear nectar
- 2 cups of Red wine
- 1/4 cup of Lemon juice
- 2 stars of Anise
- 1/3 cup of Honey

Great Thanksgiving recipe for 8 people.
How To Make
Pour 2 cups boiling water over dried hibiscus blossoms (jamaica) and let steep 5 minutes. Meanwhile, warm pear nectar, red wine, lemon juice, and anise stars over low heat. Strain hibiscus infusion into a large pitcher, add pear nectar mixture, and stir in honey. Serve warm in mugs. Garnish each serving with a whole star anise and fresh pear wedges if you like.
